10:00am [10:00am] Shabbat Shacharit/Morning Service via Zoom/YouTube

Shabbat Candle-Lighting on Friday 4.16.2021
@ 7:42 PM Minneapolis Time

Let me know if you'd like to lead something!
Double Torah Portion is Tazria/Metzora

Some feel more at peace with a Live-Stream vs. Zoom. Here is some information as you consider the use of technology on Shabbat/Yom Tov from the Conservative movement. Either way, please join us!

1. One-way technologies like YouTube live or Facebook live. Activities are transmitted from a single, central location, and those engaging at other locations are passive viewers, though they may have the ability to post through written chat.

2. Multi-way technologies like Zoom and Google Meet, where participants in multiple locations can see, hear and interact with each other.

For YouTube: Here is the link to our Sharei Chesed YouTube Live feed (Shr Chd). Once there, you'll click on the Live Feed and see our Zoom service (there will be a 10 second delay).

For Zoom:

Daniel Ettedgui is inviting you to a scheduled Zoom meeting.

During this abbreviated service, there will be a selection of Shacharit prayers, Rabbi's-message/Torah-study, Chanting of Haftarah/Prophets, Prayer of Healing, the Names of those with Yahrzeit, Shloshim, and Shivah will be read aloud, and all Mourners will have the opportunity to say Mourner's Kaddish.

Please know that this is NOT our regular Shabbat-morning service, and, as abbreviated, will last approximately 65-75 minutes. The Prayer-Book (Siddur Lev-Shalem) will be shared on the screen; however, please join by using a Siddur which you find to be the most comfortable for you.
