Religious School

Sharei Chesed is pleased to offer religious school classes to the children of our congregation. Classes meet 2 days a week:

  • Saturdays from 10:30 A.M. to 11:30 A.M., plus -
  • Sundays from 9:30 A.M. to 11:30 A.M.

Tuition: $490 per child per year (family must be members of the synagogue). Scholarships are available. Click here for an application.

Adult Hebrew Reading - Tuesdays from 7:00-8:30 P.M. Instructor: Uri Koppel

Talmud Class - Thursdays from noon-1:00 P.M. at Sharei Chesed. Lunch will be served. Instructor: Rabbi Ettedgui

Tools for Navigating Our Ever-Changing World.

Joy of Kabbalah - Manifesting the One

Join us via Zoom on Wednesday mornings from 10:00 – 11:30 on
March 3, 10, 17, 24, and 31, and April 7. Each interactive class contains
philosophy, art, music, and storytelling. Classes will be recorded for
your convenience.

Kabbalah is grounded in the wisdom of the Torah and further
illuminated throughout the centuries. The Cosmology of Rabbi Isaac
Luria and The Sefirot, The Ten Energies of the Tree of Life, provide a
roadmap to greater consciousness and fulfillment.

Yachad - Bringing Jewish Learning to Life

Yachad is a collaborative partnership between Minneapolis synagogues, educational institutions, and community organizations including Sharei Chesed. Yachad brings Jewish learning to life thru a community-wide, collaborative, Jewish supplemental education program for teens in 9th-12th grades in Minneapolis.
