Parashat Ha'Azinu - 5778

Dear Friends,

This Shabbat is known as "Shabbat Shuva" - the Shabbat of Return.

We are in the midst of the Ten Days of Teshuva from Rosh Hashanah thru Yom Kippur. I know that many of you will be spending time at your respective synagogues. You will have plenty of opportunities to study and hear words of Torah. My message to you this week, therefore, is very short:

I wish you "Shanah Tovah Umetuka" - a Happy and Sweet New Year.

When you are praying, include in your prayers all those who have suffered from the devastations of both the recent hurricanes and the earthquakes in Mexico, and all those who, thru no fault of their own, have had their homes and possessions destroyed, and for all those families who lost dear ones.

Do what you can to help.

Wishing you "Leshanah Tovah Tikatevu".

Shabbat Shalom,
